Saul and Bedder mattress in Santa Clarita went above and beyond in their service AND their product choices. It’s the only store we found each item we ended up purchasing, from the pillows and sheets to the newest technology mattress and frame (which was the autopilot by Diamond). I have trouble relaxing my nervous system and 10 minutes lying on this bed to test it seriously allowed me to truly relax (something I couldn’t believe was accomplished so quickly!) If Bedder mattress didn’t have this bed and if Saul didn’t offer us such an amazing offer- we would have settled for less and I most likely would still be stressed and in pain. I’m so grateful to Saul!

I had the most amazing experience at Bedder Mattress in Santa Clarita with the kindest and most knowledgable saleswoman, named Alejandra. I recently lost my home to the fires in Eaton Canyon and prior to coming here Living Spaces had given me a discounted mattress as a "fire victim." That mattress had a terrible smell and ended up causing hives to breakout all over my body for two weeks before I tried to return it. They wouldn't let me return it despite having photos well documented of my body. Now I needed to buy another bed (after losing everything in the fire in really sufffering financially). When I came into the store, Alejandra was so kind and empathetic to my situation. She showed me many options including two hypo allergenci green mattresses that would protect my sensitive skin. She also gave my 3 yr old two stuffy lambs and was patient and helpful with her. She did NOT try to sell me the most expensive mattress and, in fact, really wanted me to get something that would be good but affordable. In the end I picked the best green hypoallergic one they had that is also incredibly plush and comfy. In addition the free delievery and a discount on my mattress, she also threw in free pillows, a towel, and a mattress protector. She spoke to me of strength and resilience in this moment of my life and really gave us, not only an amazing new bed, but her whole heart. It was a healing experience and now I'll have the best bed for many years to come. (Also, the prices in general without the disount she gave me, where much cheaper than living spaces for amazing beds and so many options.) I give this store and Alejandra my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We bought a previous mattress from Sal which we had to return. Sal made our experience there very easy and gave us a very good deal on a different mattress with a adjustable bed frame. We would highly recommend Sal and his store to anyone thinking of getting a new bed.

We have bought two Mattresses from Bedder. In both cases, we have been very happy both with the mattresses and with the service. We just bought our second yesterday for our main bedroom. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable and they did not use high sales pressure. They encouraged us to try many different brands of mattresses to find the right one. They worked with us on the price and gave us a great deal on a new Helix Elite Midnight Cal king mattress. I would definitely buy from them again, and I recommend others give them serious consideration.

I searched around Santa Clarita for a week trying out mattresses. Tried all different types wasn’t happy with all your traditional name brands. Tried these guys and they were extremely helpful and not pushy. Basically narrowed it down to a mattress that was perfect for me. Not only was it comfortable, but they worked with me on the pricing. Saul was absolutely phenomenal in helping me select a new bed, he gave exactly the information I was looking for without being overbearing. I loved each mattress that he had me try based off the questions he asked, and then from there he helped me choose based on materials, flippability, and budget. I did some research on mattresses for a couple days before I went, and that research was all confirmed by Saul, he really knows what he’s talking about and his recommendations saved me hours of wandering around the store.
The few mattresses I tried without his recommendation, I hated, and it was funny bc he knew exactly why I wouldn’t like it, and he was actually right on the reasons!
I also loved that he knew to give me time and privacy when I was making final decisions.

Delivery guys called when they were 5 min away and were efficient upon arrival!

I visited Bedder Mattress store this week and was cordially greeted by Andres who assisted me in deciding between a "mattress in a box" -vs- conventional/traditional hybrid mattress to be delivered and setup with haul away. I was impressed with the store's offerings. Later, after visiting a local big box mattress store, I decided to make my purchase with Bedder Mattress store. Andres packaged a mattress, adjustable bed frame and accessories at a price that was hundreds of dollars less than the competition wit, IMHO, higher quality products with better warranties. Today we went to this local mattress store to look for a queen mattress for our travel trailer . Andres O’Neil helped us and was very knowledgeable about RV mattress and showed us a couple that would work for us. We were given a nice military discount as my husband is retired from the Army, they also offer a nice discount for first responders and nurses! We drove back to the store with our trailer and Andres and his uncle carried this mattress out and placed it in the bed area for us, they even kept our old mattress so we didn’t have to dispose of it! This place makes mattress buying safer in the time of Covid-19. They have lightweight, disposable material to keep you shielded (and keep the mattress clean) when you try out a mattress, and they also clean the mattresses every morning!

I declined the free delivery because I wanted to take my new mattress home right away. (Pretty cool that a thick foam mattress comes compressed as a surprisingly small roll).

These guys were great. They helped out a lot. They were very nice and helped out when my wife is going through cancer and we needed a new mattress the owner Henry at the Santa Clarita store helped us out when he didn’t have the mattress in stock he found it at another location in Sylmar and gave us a great discount and called down there and had them put it on hold for us so we could go down there and pick it up immediately. I was so impressed we actually ended up buying a better quality and more expensive and we could not be more happy with them. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars.

You can pretty much get the same price of mattress anywhere... I'm pretty sure the manufactures set the price. Bedder Mattress was able to sweeten the deal by throwing in the box spring and pillows into the price of the bed and waiving sales tax (is that even legal?).

Since my wife deserves it, I let her upgrade her pillow to the cooling foam technology type - no big deal. The pillow retails for $130 - yikes! When we received it, the pillow was too flat for her liking. Unbeknownst to us, pillows are non-refundable, non-exchangeable once you get it to your house. The manufacture wouldn't work with us (even suggesting we try and sell it on eBay). Bedder Mattress confirmed with us that the manufacturer will not accept returns or exchanges, leaving us up a creek. What am I going to do with a $130 pillow that my wife can't use?

That's when Henry came in and took care of us. And this is the reason I am able to give them 5 stars. Henry ate the cost and allowed my wife to get the pillow that will be comfortable for her.

A company that will make a customer happy - especially after they have your money in their pocket already - is a great place to consider when shopping your next mattress.

It's been almost a year since I got my new king size mattress. My husband and I selected the Englander Oxford. When it comes to a good nights sleep, I love luxury and the Oxford model feels like a 5 star hotel mattress and so comforting to get into after a long day! Everyone was awesome... Even the 2 young guys who delivered and assembled my bed. Oh... they sell hundreds of bed frames too. I love mine! Just see their catalogues. Excellent prices. Quick ordering and delivery...i think it was 6 days only that we had to wait.. And I love the quality of their bedding. We got an awesome waterproof mattress protector. And they have amazing high quality silky soft Rayon sheets from bamboo by Malouf. Yes.. they are about $200 for a king set, but worth that price. Oh and they have great financing too even for those who have less then perfect FICO scores. Thank you you guys for all that you do. I'm so grateful for our awesome bed package.
